My property is in a very quiet place. Conversely on that the property is near the center of the city, city promenade and lake.
Hi I am at most a working person and my main hobby is to play tennis and walk.
The lake is really near, maybe enough to make a morning coffee and go beside the lake to drink it. The biggest sports center is on 150 meters away, also on 100 meters away we have kids park with toys, swings etc. It is very good neighborhood.
