The nearest beach is just 5 min walking by the Lake. Apartment is consisting of two separate rooms, each with exit on the same balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom. Newly furnished, equipped with air condition, cable tv, washing machine, kitchen, lux cotton bedding, towels. Free parking in front of the building and in the neighborhood nearby.
