The villa consists of two fully equipped apartments on two levels, each with a separate entrance, and can accommodate up to 11 guests. It is ideal for families, friends, and small groups who value both privacy and shared moments. Situated at 1,590 meters above sea level, the location is exceptional—only 50 meters from a small ski slope with a ski lift, making it perfect for skiing, sledging, hiking, cycling, and relaxing in nature. During spring and summer, guests can enjoy a truly unique experience from the villa’s terraces: the sight of wild horses and grazing cows roaming freely across the mountain meadows. These peaceful scenes offer unforgettable moments of relaxation, connection with nature, and beautiful photo opportunities.
