Vila Teodora also known as Simova’s house although sometimes confused with ul. Dame Gruev no 4, is located in the firstright row. That is why there are billboards that lead you from the main road to the villa itself. The first sign is at the TOMAR market. There are a total of 6 road signs leading to the villa Teodora. That location makes the view look even better. Gentle wind is always blowing and makes sure you stay cool by the fountain. On your way here follow these instructions: When you enter Star Dojran, opposite the mast with the Macedonian flag next to the market TOMAR turn immediately to the right, after about ten meters turn right again. Villa Teodora comes another row of houses behind the first row. And therefore it is necessary to go immediately the first street to the right ul. Dame Gruev, who descends Valley and again the first right-very narrow lane leading to the parking Villas Teodora, where immediately see Electricity transformer.

Vila Teodora is a family friendly house, also known as Simova’s housef. The owners Evelina and Vladimir. It’s a two story vila and it also contains a basement and an outdoors kitchen. All units have TV ,Wi-Fi. fridge and air conditioning and separate bathrooms with a shower in each unit .The garden is a relaxing place with beautiful fountain with fish to cool the air. We have grapes, pomegranate fruit ,fig trees and other beautiful fruits in the garden so you can try fresh fruits and enjoy in Dojrans beauties Thessaloniki is 50 km away ,Kerkini 30 km away. So you are welcome and we are expecting you Vila Teodora

Neighborhood info

Our property is located in the beginning in Old Dojran . In our surrounding is the Church St Ilija from the 18 century ,old Turkish bath Amam, Old Clock City Tower from the 14 century, The monastery complex of St.Parthenius Zografski The view from the upper balcony is incredible you can see the Belasica mountain and Greece. It would be nice if you took a walk down the lake, where the sky is clear in daylight, and stars from Milky wey shine at night. We also recommend visiting the St, Ilija church which is a preserved object as well as the clock tower. From restorants we recommend Fuk-Tak in the center of Star Dojran.
