Although I have lived in Belgrade for 40 years, I have retired since a few years ago and looking forward that every summer I spend in my hometown, which for me is the most beautiful in the world. In addition, I enjoy meeting new people that I can host in my house.

Property info

The house is located at the start of the beautiful apple orchard, and it was made ten years ago. In addition to the beautiful nature in which it is located, the ambience and architecture of the village of Dolno Dupeni give it a special charm. The village where it is now was built at the end of the 19th century and has largely retained its original appearance, which is characterized by houses made of stone. This type of architecture is characteristic of this entire region, and you will have the impression of traveling through time. The village is located at 900m above sea level, and while on one side it faces the Prespa Lake, on the other side already on the very edges of the village begins to rise the mountain Baba, whose highest peak is located on even 2,601m.

If you want relaxation, breath the mountain air, enjoying a beautiful view, lying on a sunny beach and swimming in clear and transparent water, you'll get it. You can also try gastronomic specialties, exploring the region’s history and culture that is very rich, starting from the ancient times. The most famous and best beach on Lake Prepa is only 2 km from our facility. It is called Dupeni beach, it is equipped with sunbeds, parasols, a volleyball court, and you can also enjoy excellent specialties in the restaurant located on the beach itself. At a distance of no more than 15 km from us, there are several more beautiful and well-kept beaches, the most famous of which are "Kapri Beach" Krani, Beach "Connect", "Beach Slivnica" and Beach resort "Relax". You can try the gastronomic specialties of this region in several more restaurants which are close to our facility, such as "Kaj Gjako" Tavern, "Markova noga" Restaurant, "Villa Stara Cheshma" restaurant, as well as in restaurants located along the entire shore of Lake Prespa.
