Villa Stefan is a private holiday home in the peaceful mountain area of Smrdliva Voda on Kozuf, around 25 km from Gevgelija. The house is rented as an entire property, giving guests full privacy during their stay. It is most comfortable for 4 guests and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house has two levels, with a living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and private yard. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, barbecue facilities, private parking, fresh mountain air and views of the surrounding nature. The property is suitable for families, couples and small groups looking for a quiet stay in nature. It is not intended for loud parties or large gatherings.
