Please note that guests who book breakfast included rate are only entitled to enjoy breakfast for 2 guests per room. Charges apply for additional guests.
Room capacity for queen-bed rooms is up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children sharing existing beds. Additional charges apply for the third person.

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee and settle the payment.
Please note that the name on the credit card used to guarantee the booking, must be the same as the guests' name. This will be verified upon check-in. If it does not match, prepayment will be refunded and required a new payment at check-in.
If you are using someone else’s credit card to make this booking, please make sure you bring along a 3rd party payment authorization letter with cardholder’s signature, copy of credit card and ID or passport copy at the time of check-in. Without those copies, guest will be required to make payment and a refund will be issued if necessary.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of MOP 3,090 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
