So close to the terminal and the room had everything we needed

Location is very close to the airport

Clean comfortable and good value as well as being convenient

Rooms were very clean. Service was top-notch especially room service, check-in and concierge. Location was excellent with free shuttle buses. Breakfast had a variety of choices.

I liked the daily cleaning service, shuttle service to Tsuen Wan MRT, child-friendly facility, easy check-in and check-out process, and responsiveness of guest relations staff via Booking.com prior to my travel.

They offered free breakfast knowing something's wrong with the booking, super friendly staff!!!

Very clean and simply decorated, the room was larger than expected, quiet and private. Breakfast was delicious!

The room is big and clean with super nice sea view. The beds are comfortable. We enjoy staying at the hotel. Both the Chinese (Yue) and South-east Asian (Satay Inn) restaurants are of high quality. Would love to stay here again.

So surprised that the Family room is so big! Beds are also bigger than the usual HK hotel beds. They provide complimentary water via their water dispensers in every floor, so this also saved us money. We travelled with seniors and a kid so it helped that the bus/MTR station is in walking distance. Travelling to and from the airport and Disneyland is easy. You can take the MTR going to Central too.

The location is set on the backside of the island with a long beach front. Very relaxing and stunning views. The breakfast was delicious as well and super nice staff.

Great staff and the building! Wifi was good. The view to the horbour from my room was beautiful too.
