The staff did absolutely everything to help us with any request, from laundry to concierge services, surprise gorgeous flowers waiting in the room for me from my husband. Chishan, the concierge girl was so nice and helpful, she deserves a raise! It was honestly one of the best experience I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot and only stay in luxury hotels.

The buffet breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western food, and there are also free mini bars, self-service laundry and drying, gyms, arcade machines and nail areas. It is strategically located, close to the business circle, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. It is the first choice for business travel and short-distance travel. Shenzhen is considered one of the most successful and prosperous cities in China. It is located in the Guangdong province, along the border with Hong Kong. Shenzhen is an impressive city that blends innovation and culture. One of the highlights of our visit was the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum, the architecture is stunning and it is an excellent attraction for both adults and children. Another highlight was the Shenzhen Museum where we explored the city's heritage and we were fascinated by the transformation of the city from a small fishing village into one of the world's leading centres of innovation. We went to the Talent Park where drones deliver the food but there you need a local number in order to place an order. Getting around is safe, easy due to the excellent metro system. Cabs are easy to book through Didi app, we also booked a drive less cab and it was the best experience ever. Huge shopping centres, so much greenery everywhere, very cleam city, amazing restaurants and people that they were willing to get out of their way to help us. We left Shenzhen with a very positive impression and we will return again (actually it is our second time visiting that city)

You must ensure to stay in the relevant visiting district,ie. If visiting the electronic district than book accommodation in that district. The city is huge and you can move around with the metro but taxis are better especially when is very hot ! If you are a foreigner you need a WeChat or Alipay app to pay. There are millions of EV Scooters riding on the side Walks! Be extremely careful to walk around or cross any street as these scooters are literally zooming everywhere around you!

We were scheduled for a week at Shenzhen. Very vibrant and busy city. Foreigners will be intimidated. A must have is a translation app, and either an international phone plan or an eSIM for China. Also, very clean city, but we made a very bad choice for our lodging. We ended up moving our stay in HK instead. Don’t skimp on hotel!!

A great city.
A great city. Clean, hi-tech, modern, pleasant people who always try to help (via a translate app). Fantastic light show on Fridays and Saturdays that lasts 15 minutes but is forever memorable. The metro is super clean and efficient, and all vehicles are electric. Watch out for scooters on the pavement! Not that many tourists, but that was great!

Shenzhen is a modern city with a wide range of options, whether you enjoy shopping, technology, history, or great dining. It’s worth getting comfortable using public transportation, as it’s efficient and convenient. Although ride-hailing services are relatively inexpensive, you may still need to travel some distance to reach certain attractions.

The MTR is the best and most convenient way to move around, even if you have not planned any place or event to visit, just hop on and drop off based on others' web recommendations, places, etc unless you have fixed places to go and where some places are popular and crowded = again, for crowded place, don't travel by car or taxi, use the MTR.

We’ve stayed in many high-end hotels in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, but this one was by far the best. It’s small, boutique, thematic, and spotless. The complimentary laundry service is fantastic, and the free snacks at lunch, plus what is essentially a full complimentary dinner, were a wonderful touch.
The attention to detail was unbelievable, and the kindness of the hotel manager (I believe) went above and beyond. They made our stay so unforgettable that we extended it for one more night.

Staff are really helpful and proactively helping us to resolve a few issues (in hotel & taxi) happened during our stay which is very much appreciated. The room is clean and spacious with all facilities we needed (it even provide laundry detergent for the washing machine in the apartment). The hotel even keeps our suitcases without charges for 2 weeks during our travel to other part of China.

This is definitely my go-to hotel EVERYTIME I come to ShenZhen! It is one of the best hotel for the price of it! The view from your hotel room is not blocked by any other building, and it is one of the best city view in the whole of ShenZhen!
Nevertheless, the room is GINORMOUS and the view while you soak on the tub is just perfect! If any of you are still contemplating, just stay here!

When I left, I forgot my purse in the room - only to realize that once I was in the train and 1000 km away.
The host did everything to make sure a parcel was packed and sent to my last hotel in China and indeed, it arrived on time with every single thing in the purse as before. Incredible!!
