The rooms are great and the hotel itself has a lot of interesting things to do (swimming pool, golf, sauna, etc). The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite. Thank you Zoey for making out stay exceptional!

Perfect for families and long stays – we’ll definitely be back! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again we were impressed. The management is extremely pleasant and responsive – they did everything exactly as we asked. When we needed kitchenware and other daily essentials, they brought them to us and even bought some items specially for our convenience. The place is ideal for family holidays and long-term living. Everything is comfortable, well-thought-out, and feels like home. The location is also a big plus: there are many shops nearby, and the metro is within walking distance. It’s a new residential area, so it’s quiet and modern. True, it’s not right in the city center, but if your goal is not just sightseeing but also working or living with your family, this is the perfect balance of quality and comfort. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom booking to accommodate our family of 4. The apartment was huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a must if you stay here. The staff spoke english well and the reception is open 24/7. The location was a 5 minute walk to Seaworld area where there is a night market and plenty of food and shops. Its extremely safe and such a lovely area to walk around.

The hotel is clean and the rest area is fantastic. I like the coffee machine in the rest area and drinks there is for free.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

Only one sparsely trafficked road crossing to a vast network of greenways, tens of miles, jogging,walking,biking, totally isolated from motorized vehicles.

The only bad thing about the hotel was that I was not informed in advance that the pool was inactive until next month. Although the pool was great ! They could work on their breakfast buffet and add currency exchange services. The staff were great, the hotel was clean, well designed, overall great experience

Everything. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment upon arrival 🥰 Location is awesome. A nice halal chinese noodle shop is just across. Very accessible. Staff was very helpful 🌟 very patient in communicating using translations apps. My husband left his camera in the taxi and luckily we managed to trace back the taxi driver. The staff was so kind to help us call the taxi centre to get driver’s info and he made the arrangements with the driver to send the camera to the hotel. And we got ot back!

Have access to the mall and many good restaurant to choose. The front desk and the housekeeping were very accommodating.

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. One great feature of the room was the washing machine, while you need to dry your clothes on the balcony, it’s well set up for that purpose, which was a huge help during my stay. The location is excellent, with a metro station and shopping centers nearby. It’s just a few minutes from the technology trade center, making it an ideal base for exploring Shenzhen. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient and the space in the room was nice and spacious. Also a short walk to the subway and a Starbucks. You get a nice of the Ping An building too.

Everything I need was there and very cute staff , they did the best to make me feel comfortable , also it’s very close to metro station
