Enjoy a memorable stay in our cozy studio located just across Bain Boeuf Beach with a splendid view of Coin de Mire. Located in a secured gated community, with a large pool and garden peace and serenity is guaranteed. The 20m2 Studio is fully equipped with good wifi, kitchenware, TV, Fridge. Bus Top and Taxis are close to the Studio with all outdoor amenities (Restaurants/Pubs). A personalised welcome and a welcome kit are offered during your stay. 01min walk to the beach.
My aim is to help you live an amazing renting experience,budget friendly for you to discover the beauty of the Island. I urge to cater and always remain accessible to my Clients.
The residence is often filled with tourists and very discrete,no noise and very peaceful and calm area. My studio is found at the 1st floor of the 2 storey building. At ground floor ,there is no appartement and at 2nd floor,a Penthouse rarely occupied. At most you will cross with only the Penthouse neighbour. You cross the residence gate and you are on the Beach. Several Super Markets near from the residence. The coastal road is packed with Restaurants/Snacks/Pubs/Discos etc.
