The property in itself is a semi villa on the first floor. It is very big with 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have electric fans. There is a rest room for the guests, a hand wash laundry basin, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room / dining room is very big. There is plenty of light and fresh air. There are 3 balconies with swimming pool and garden view. You can also dry your clothes on the washing line. There is a flat screen t.v , internet is also available.
Access to the Pointe D'Azur beach is only a few steps . Supermarkets, shops, restaurants are only a walking distance. One can do scuba diving (Pereybere), kite surf (Anse -La-Raie). Land excursion / sea activities can be organised by the tour operators in Pereybere.
