Beachcove is new , started to rent in June 2017,size 120sqmt, daily cleaning inclusive in the price.Its a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, drawing and dining, outdoor balcony, american kitchen fully equipped-microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, there is a 55 inch 4k smart tv, satellite , wifi in the whole apart. Free parking , 24hr security.

Actually I'm a promoter , doing high end well located building , selling to Mauritian and non Mauritian. I keep few in each project for short term renting . I have 3 units in beachcove apt 5 , 6 and 10 , two units in one bay residence , no 1 , 8 , which is next to beachcove , delivered in August 2021 . Being a frequent traveller , love 5 star hotels I know what to expect and know what to offer . You are welcome as at home when you stay in my apt and will assist until you leave . Hope to see you .

It is situated on the main coastal rd pereybere, 2 mins walk to the best beach of Mauritius (Pereybere), 1 min walk from the supermarket,1 min walk to bus stops.
