Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment situated in a gated Residential Unit. Apartment has undergo a complete renovation and upgrade this September 2021.
The apartment is situated in the heart of pereybere. Pereybere beach is just few meters away. Nearby about 1-2 mins walk you will find Winners Supermarket, a pharmacy and famous restaurants and bars around. Super U Hypermarket is about 2km away, La Croisette shopping mall is about 2.5KM away. There are many tour guides around for sea activities or tours around the island. The area is very safe, the apartment is equipped with Alarm system, we have security guard at night and camera all around the residence.
