Welcome to your home away from home. Nested in a safe environment, our beachfront villa offers beautiful views on the northern islands. It is situated 10 minutes drive from Grand Baie and all its activities. The villa is very comfortable, modern and well decorated. One master bedroom with air conditioning, flat screen and satellite channels. Dressing and bathroom. One second bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and a separate bathroom. Separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bbq facilities (charcoal and gas) Flat screen Tv In living room, Housekeeping facilities from Monday to Saturday. Laundry facilities are available. The villa has a nice tropical private garden with pool area with outdoor lounging. On the deck, there are 2 sun loungers, chairs and dining table for 6 persons. Digital safe and alarm system. The villa is situated in the complex of The CAP LIVING where there is security guards at night. The complex has 2 villas and 7 apartments. On Extra: Airport transfers, car rental, excursions.

A day trip to the northern island is memorable. Enjoy Scuba diving at Gunners' coin and bbq at flat island. There is a kite surf spot 5 minutes away from the villa. You will find numerous restaurants, bars, spas, supermarkets and shops in Péreybère and Grand Baie.
