The property is a 3 bedroom villa and is 5 mins drive to super u and 8 mins to la croisette shopping mall. Pereyber beach is 5 mins drive away. There is a private swimming pool of 7m ×3.5m×1.4m.
There is a paddle court next door . There is a construction site opposite of the villa which starts ifrom 8 a.m till 16 hrs from Monday to Friday.
