The residence offers an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and an outdoor lounge space. Located in a prestigious, private and very secure area with access codes and 24/7 security. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. 5 minutes walking distance from the closest supermarket. A short drive to the nearby tourist attractions. The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by stairs or an elevator. Every room has a view of the turquoise blue waters. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped.
Pereybere is the most prestigious area of the island, known for its pristine turquoise beaches and soft white sand. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. walking distance to supermarkets and cafes. short drive away from local tourist attractions.
