Open Air can offer all kinds of Mauritian dishes, sometimes with a twist of Swedish cuisine. The fruit trees and green plants in our garden are fully utilized to complement the menu. And of course, the tables are located under the mango trees in the open and surrounded by lush greenery. With luck, we will host one of the chameleons and friendly birds that are sometimes seen sleeping on the bran7ches. A more dubious company, as our mango ripened, we have the fruit bats that apparently also loves our mango. Marina Carpen-Skjöldebrand Marina is from Mauritius and has nearly 20 years of experience working with tourism in the hotel and restaurant industry both in and outside Mauritius. In addition to management, she has developed skills in cooking. She also has great talent in interior design, fashion and decoration. Marina is the owner of the company Open Air. Per Skjöldebrand Per lives since 2010 in Mauritius. Has education as a social worker and a Master in Management and Leadership. 20 years of working with theater as a lecturer, director and producer took him to work in Mauritius. By specializing in the Forum Theatre, improvisational theater, production and directing he is connected to Mauritius Institute of Education MIE as a lecturer.
