Sea 11 Villas are the only swimming pools that are heated to 33°C during the cold winter season from April to October. Each villa has its own personal swimming pool. Sea 11 Villas is very close to restaurants for all budget levels, grocery stores and bus stops and, most importantly, a beautiful secluded little beach 200m away. You do not need to walk more than 3 minutes to reach close places. The Sea is 30 seconds walk from the property. Unlike Grand Baie Public beach, the beach found close to the villas is an unpolluted, beautiful and secluded beach.

Sea 11 Villas has hosted over ten thousand guests. We are always available to happily assist you on: 1. Normal taxi prices to protect you from getting overcharged. 2. Areas of interest in Mauritius based on your interests. 3. The best beaches in the area. 4. The recommended restaurants and eating places based on your type of food. 5. The location of nearby shops and supermarkets.

Le Capitaine and Mama Mia are the nearby restaurants that we certainly strongly recommend. They are all within 2 minutes by walk. There are numerous small grocery shops and a supermarket that are within 2-3 minutes walk from the property. La Croisette Shopping Mall is 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the property, and Super U is 20 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes drive away. If you plan on staying mostly within the Northern area and Grand Baie, you don't need a car or even a bicycle if you stay at Sea 11 Villas, since the bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away. However, you only need a car if you are travelling outside of Grand Baie to visit the whole of Mauritius more cheaply than taking a taxi. There are numerous nearby places that offer contract car or bicycle and motorbike rentals.
