The first beach is at 200 meters from the house and another beach 400 metres from where you can take endless walk’s! The beautiful beaches of Palmar and Belle Mare are at 5-10 minutes drive only. First shopping facility and restaurant are at 100 meters from THE BAY in the village of Trou d’eau Douce. Others from 200 meters on; Large Supermarket in Flacq, at 10 km, 15 minutes by car.

THE BAY Villa is located in the charming village of Trou d'eau douce, on the east coast of the island and 10 minutes from the “Ile aux cerf” Island; The boat can pick you up at the private jetty. You will be charmed by this unique and tranquil getaway and its extraordinary view. Trou d'Eau Douce is a typical Mauritian village, unspoiled from tourism, even if less than 10 km from the best hotel establishments on the island such as the Saint Geran, Le Touessrok, Anahita, the Belle Mare Plage, The Four Seasons, The Prince Mauritius etc.. THE BAY villa is a Duplex of 160 m2, part of Les Roucas, 200 meters from the beach and also 400 meters from the Trou d’eau Douce beach and 2.3 km from the white beaches of Palmar. This idilic villa has its own access to the sea through a private jetty where you can swim and snorkel. It is ideally located at 100 meters to the next shop and 5 minutes to different minimarkets and bazars for fresh fruits and vegetable, restaurants and sea activities; THE BAY shares a 17 meter infinity pool on a 4400 m property with three other villas. IT has its own garden space too. Rooms at THE BAY ground floor : fully equipped kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room, guest toilet and veranda. Garden with relax corner. First floor: • the main bedroom equipped with a king size bed and its en-suite bathroom with bath tub. • The second bedroom double size bed • third bedroom with a king size bed - both sharing a shower and toilet.
