This neat and well-decorated 1st floor apartment offers 2 air-conditioned rooms and 1 bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a cozy and sunny living and dining room overlooking the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. The property is walled with gated parking. A semi-private beautiful beach waits for you 200 mts away. We are well located and everything you need is in a 500 mts perimeter. Wi-fi is excellent (5 G ) Come and enjoy unique holidays with us. Free welcoming kit on arrival.

We are both retired from hospitality business, having worked for long years in top 5 stars hotels in Mauritius. We will do our best to please our guests during their stays and make sure their holidays are unforgettable.

Our location is close to everything you will need. In a perimeter of 500 mts, you will have a hairdresser and beautician, a food and meat market, a superette, a French bakery and pastry shop, 2 pharmacies, a clinic, shops, restaurants, an art gallery, a semi-private beach, and a filling station. A bit further ( 1 to 3 km) 2 malls, a gym, Mon Choisy public beach, cafes, and the tourist village of Grand Baie. You will be able to book a golf game at à highly-rated golf club 1.5 km from our apartment.
