Villa Marea is a beautifully designed villa offering a comfortable layout and outdoor space for our guests. Arranged over two levels, it offers a unique balance of refined interiors and exterior living. Guests can enjoy views over Lake Mare Ronde from the upstairs terrace, which is also within easy walking distance from the villa. The master bedroom includes a compact work desk available for use to our business clients. The villa offers a private pool and garden with a BBQ for use at your convenience. The villa sits on Chemin Vingt Pieds, a main road that makes it easy to find and simple to access by car or taxi—no complicated roads or difficult directions. We’re happy to help personalise your stay, from recommending excursions and local experiences such as restaurants etc. For the best experience, we recommend renting a car to fully explore and discover the beauty of Mauritius at your own pace. As an indication, we are 6mins drive (approx 30mins walk) to Pereybere beach, 6mins drive (approx 30mins walk to Super U mall). A mandatory government tourist fee of EUR3 per person per night applies in Mauritius. This amount is payable in cash at check in, in line with local regulations. Please read: Exterior CCTV cameras are installed at the front entrance and rear of the property for security purposes only. Sauna fits 2 people max at a time. For the safety and security of all guests, the lead guest is required at check-in to present a valid passport and sign a Pool & Sauna Liability waiver before using these facilities. Please note that our rates are based on the number of guests staying at the property. Kindly ensure you enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. Any additional guests must be declared before check-in and may incur an additional charge. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
