The apartment with view and balcony which is on the first floor is close to all amenities like commerces,bus stops,beautiful pool,sandy beach 4 mins walk away etc. THE CONFIGURATION IS AS FOLLOWS: A spacious bedroom (4m x 4m)with a double bed,a 3-seat couch and a 2 door cupboard It also has a sofa bed in the lounge ,a well decorated kitchenette,a dining corner and to top it all a cozy terrace from where you can have a panoramic view of the entire surroundings This lodging is ideal for 1 couple + 1 child IT IS also EQUIPPED WITH aiRCON,FRIDGE,STOVE,HAIRDRIER,WASHING MACHINE,MICROWAVE,WiFi,tv ETC just to mention a few Walking distance to the beach,commerces and bus stops is 4 mins .

The villa is 4 mins walk to the nearby sandy beach. RESTAURANT THE SKIPPER[5 mins] and RESTAURANT HANGOUT GRILL AND BAR[2 mins walk] ,bus stops and shops nearby.
