The 6-acre Makunudu Island- An Intimate Hideaway is a tropical beachfront getaway, steps from spectacular dove spots. It features a diving school that provides PADI courses and a water sports center offering non-motorized activities. Guests can visit the spa for relaxing massages, or sign up for an excursion to nearby islands and fishing villages. Makunudu Island- An Intimate Hideaway also has a library as well as volleyball and badminton facilities. In a Traditional Maldivian Style the bungalow has an attached open air private garden bathroom. It is equipped with mini-bar, tea/coffee facilities and work desk. Guests can have an early breakfast on the beach while watching the sunrise. Ara Iru Restaurant serves international dishes and seafood specialties. Wines and liquors can be enjoyed at Sand Bar. Complimentary 2GB wifi per person will be provided to all guests upon arrival. Makunudu Island- An Intimate Hideaway is a 50-minute speedboat ride from Male International Airport. The mandatory gala dinner at the Christmas & New Year gala dinner is applicable regardless of region or nationality.
