The building’s rooftop terrace and pool are spectacular- you’ll love taking a dip, catching some rays on the loungers, or admiring the sunset! Here are the condo’s main spaces: Comfortable living/dining room with sofas, TV, & dining table for 8 Large fully-equipped kitchen w/ plenty of counter space Bedroom 1: king bed, access to balcony Bedroom 2: comfortable full bed Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds & access to balcony 3 full bathrooms (no one has to wait in line!) This home is ready to go, so you can have a carefree vacation: AC and ceiling fans, cable, WiFi, washer & dryer + all linens and towels. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of 50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional 50 USD; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees (100 USD total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, USD 50 will be charged. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it. We can provide a Pack&Play subject to availability for an additional fee of 55usd per week.

The Amalfi building is centrally located in downtown Playa del Carmen- walk to great restaurants, bars and shops easily! 5th Ave is 3 blocks away and the beautiful beach is just 4 blocks away. Walmart is just 3 minutes away on foot and there are several convenience stores nearby.
