Property info

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walk 5 - 10 mins to beach, restaurants, shops. No need for car. One bedroom, second level. Corner unit. Comfy and ready for work or rest. Internet WIFI for work or streaming. Well equipped kitchen. Faces northwest. Roomy, shaded patio faces lovely sunny pool and garden area alongside the golf greens. Gated community of Club la Costa. Come and enjoy!

Neighborhood info

Club la Costa condominium complex located in cul de sac across from hotel zone. Guarded and gated. Simply a great little location at the edge of San Jose del Cabo. Walk 20 mins on flat ground to the village or just 10 mins to the beach and several good restaurants and shops. The area is safe although common sense rules apply as anywhere of course. There is one parking space if you decide to rent a car. However many people just choose to walk and use local buses and/or taxis. The local bus to the village is a 5 min walk as are the taxis. Walk 10-15 mins and catch the bus into bustling Cabo San Lucas (approx 25 min bus ride) or to Chileno or Santa Maria Bay for calm water swimming or snorkeling. Tours and activities can be arranged at various nearby kiosks also.
