Property info

Private oceanfront luxury gated community with 3 pools, 8 jacuzzis, gym & spa. Condo includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathtub, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, dinning room, washer & dryer. Smart TV's in every room and a dedicated workspace for home office. The oceanfront balcony with full 180 views from the 12th floor includes a Bluetooth speaker, lounge sofa, and a bar for the perfect happy hour sunset. Portable ice chest, chairs & towels for beach goers are included. Just relax!!

Neighborhood info

We are located in a secluded area away from the noise and party in downtown. If you are looking for a walking distance bar, disco or restaurant, this is not your place. Although we are on a private beach, a 5 minute drive will take you to downtown Rosarito where the night life is happening. UBER is also available if needed. If you are looking for a spot to relax and enjoy the beach, pool and jacuzzi, or simply hang out on the balcony to enjoy the sunset, then this is the right place to be. We have a full kitchen available, a BBQ grill and a bar area to hang out while you sip on a Margarita or some Baja Cali wine while looking at the dolphins cruise down the pacific ocean. UBER available.
