The condominium is located less than 100 meters from the beach and the well-known Mamita's beach club and 150 meters from the famous 5th Avenue. Sensational location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with quick access to restaurants, clubs and the different points of interest of the city. Due to the property's central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.
