All the furniture is brand new and designed to make you feel comfortable and have a pleasant vacation. The apartment also has private parking. Whether you travel for work or vacation reasons, you can be confident that from the department is the starting point to close business, visit family, meet new people or enjoy the many nearby attractions such as the Historic Center just 9 km, the Angel of Independence, 7 km, the Frida Kahlo Museum 2 km, WTC 4 km, Hospital 20 de Noviembre 850 meters, Chapultepec, National Museum of Anthropology 7 km or go to the center of Coyoacán walking to only 850 meters. The nearest airport is Benito Juarez International Airport, located 16 km from the apartment.

The Colonia del Valle where the department is located is one of the most emblematic of Mexico City, where formerly the Mexican aristocracy lived. From its location it is very easy to travel to practically any point of tourist or social interest, since it has excellent means of communication and all means of transport and urban services. You can walk to the shopping centers and it is a very quiet and safe area. The street where it is located is extremely quiet, despite being very close to important avenues. You can walk to shopping centers such as Plaza Universidad and Patio Universidad just 5 minutes away, as well as numerous restaurants and many nearby tourist sites.
