Spacious Apartment on the beach made of 2 joining units by a sliding door in between, located at km 19 of the hotel zone in the well known Beachfront Condominium called Brisas. Private beach access and property pools make it perfect for families! From the apartment you have partial Ocean and Lagoon views and spectacular sunset views. Located only 50 meters from the beach! fully furnished joining apartments, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, recently remodeled! Beach front property, security 24 hours, parking, wifi, smart tv. Restaurant and small convenience store on site. Quiet location, 15 minutes from the airport, close to restaurants and malls and the public beach of Playa Delfines. Easy bus access just outside the property.

I am an international traveler and professional photographer. I have worked many years in the tourism industry for reputable Hotel chains and I have aquired great skills when it comes to hosting and customers care. I grew up in Italy but moved to Cancun, Mexico later on and found my home by the beautiful turquoise Caribbean sea. I love outdoor activities, sports, nature and meeting new people and cultures! The condominium counts with direct access to the beach, one large pool 1.5mt deep and a shallow kids pool, a small convenience store, a cafeteria and restaurant that can provide room service, a laundromat and a tennis court. A convenience OXXO store and a few restaurants are at walking distance. The most beautiful and large public beach of Cancun is at about 10 minutes walk as well as some Mayan Ruins at El Rey. Supermarkets Soriana and Chedraui are 10 to 15 minutes away by car or bus as well as 2 shopping malls.
