Cabo Villa - G3 Punta Arena - 3 Bed 2.5 Bath is in a central location for easy access to many activities Located in the central Cabo Corridor area of Cabo San Lucas, Cabo Villa – G3 Punta Arena is located in a Gated Community with 24 hour security. This vacation home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, covered parking and providing accommodations of WiFi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, (3) flat-screen TVs with cable/Hulu/Netflix, bed linens/towels, outdoor gas grill, 2nd floor balcony and ground floor patio with hot tub. The villa is in an area where guests can easily access restaurants, shopping (Costco, Walmart, Home Depot), marina, beaches, golf and local art/festivities. Marina Cabo San Lucas is 2.8 miles from the accommodation, while El Arco is 3.4 miles away. The nearest airport is Los Cabos International Airport, 29 miles away, providing rentals car or taxi transportation.
Our local staff is very friendly and will greet you at the property when you arrive and make sure you have a pleasant stay. They speak English and Espanol.
