Edificio recién construido y equipado con 5 departamentos en total y una terraza con vistas al campo del golf. Contamos con área de lavado y secado disponible para los huéspedes . WI-FI de excelente velocidad y AC nuevos. Ubicación conveniente entre Puerto Juarez y la Zona Hotelera: a 5 minutos del centro. Minimercado a la vuelta caminando.

Neighborhood info

La Colonia Donceles es una de las zonas pioneras y tradicionales de la ciudad de Cancún: cerca de Puerto Juárez –el puerto pesquero original– donde hoy se encuentra la terminal de ferry Ultramar para cruzar a Isla Mujeres y con acceso a vías primarias de comunicación ( Avenida bonampak) que la conectan con toda la cuidad a traves del transporte publico. Se ubica a 5 minutos de la entrada a la zona hotelera.
