I am passionate about traveling and my vast experience has been reflected in the design of this house. The treatment to the guests is very cordial and the privacy is respected as much as the guest wishes. I know that it has everything necessary to have a magnificent, comfortable and pleasant vacation; surrounded by vegetation and tourist attractions such as the Mayan ruins less than 1 hour away in most of the tourist attractions of the region. The rental includes 14 kWh/day in fall and winter, and 19 kWh/day in spring and summer, sufficient for a comfortable stay with responsible A/C use. The security deposit is refunded within 48 hours after checkout, once a full inspection and laundry review are completed. This is the only way to verify any missing items or potential claims, which would always be supported by photos and documented evidence.
