We do not have precise information regarding the completion date of the construction. The construction operates on a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests need to be able to climb stairs at the villa. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - If external providers are hired, guest will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
