The house has capacity for families or groups of up to 11 members. On the ground floor you have an integral kitchen refrigerator, blender, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Dining room for 6 people with fan and air conditioning (a / c). Breakfast bar for 3 people Room with 2 sofa beds, TV with NETFLIX and board games. 1/2 bath Upstairs: Master bedroom with TV with NETFLIX, fan and a / c, a king size bed, dressing room and private bathroom. 2 Secondary bedrooms with 2 single beds, fan and a / c. Full bathroom for two secondary bedrooms. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. On the rooftop there is a covered laundry area, washing machine and clothes dryer. In the common areas, swimming pools and wading pool with lounge chairs, palapa, barbecue and playground. They also have hot water, towels and bath supplies, beach towels and ice chest. Grand Coral Beach club & Punta Esmeralda beach at 3 min. 5th Avenue at 10 min. Mamitas Beach 15 min. Xcaret at 20 min. Cancun Airport 45 min. Tulum 50 min Chichen Itza at 2 hours.
We will not be at home, but my wife Marcela and I are available 24 hours for everything they need during their stay. We can help you by quoting tours, park tickets, car rental and / or airport-home-airport transfers. If you require something in particular to feel at home, we will try to provide it, just let us know at the time of making the reservation. Full access to the house and common areas, swimming pools and wading pool with lounge chairs, palapa, barbecue and children's play area. Access to Grand Coral Beach Club with free parking, use of lounge chairs and pool is conditioned to a minimum consumption per person. Refrigerator, blender, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, dishes, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and board games. They also have hot water, hand towels, bath towels, bath supplies, beach towels and cooler
It is a new condominium attached to the federal highway Cancun - Tulum on the beach side. A few streets away there are shops to buy your experiences of your stay and you will find more assortment in supermarkets. Punta Esmeralda beach is 5 minutes away by car, in it there is a small cenote that pours its waters into the sea, which causes a palette of blue tones due to the combination of fresh and salt water.
