Property info

Casa Teepee is a conscious project that is done with the intention of connecting with nature with as an alternative accommodation. Inside the property interaction with chickens, birds and iguanas is very common. At the same time the sound of the ocean, insects and other wild life is very present during a normal day and night. Also the place uses a Biodigestor for a better use of the waste. Since 2023, we are happy to announce that we changed the Internet to optical fiber 600mb (very fast), so co-working at the property is a very good option.

Neighborhood info

We are located 10 minutes from the beach, and also 10 minutes from the main street were are all the beach clubs and main restaurants. that said, our neighborhood is very calm,secure and peaceful, even if it looks a bit dark at night, is perfectly safe and full of nature.
