Hola, mi nombre es América. Desde hace 6 años, el departamento está disponible para renta. Durante 2 años, estuve viviendo en Francia para aprender el idioma. Allá viaje y conocí personas de distintos países. Hoy en día, quiero que mis huéspedes se sientan como en casa, quiero que conozcan la ciudad, que se vayan enamorados de mi barrio, que se lleven una imagen positiva de Guanajuato y sobre todo, que mis huéspedes regresen pronto.
Para llegar al departamento, tenemos que subir 18 escalones del callejón, una vez llegando, ten por seguro que todo valdrá la pena. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, estamos ubicados a 5 minutos del jardín principal y muchos sitios turísticos, puedes llegar en peceras (tipo autobuses pero más pequeños) o en taxi.
