Gorgeous ocean and mountain views, walking distance from the beach, offers pool and ACs, few patios, king size bedrooms, outdoor kitchen, game room with a bar, rooftop setting, great for big reunions or romantic getaways
The house is vacated completely for guests. Sarai and Karen can provide groceries etc upon request. Sarai the caretaker will welcome you and assist you in every possible way. He comes in the morning to check the pool and other maintenance tasks
Area is so relaxing, still very unspoiled Mexico. Puerto Angel is the nearest town 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, with access to banks, ATMs, stores, restaurants and markets. Lots of beaches for different interests: Estacahuite which is walking distance, Zipolite hippy/nudist beach about 10 mins by car, calm beaches for children San Agustinillo and Plyaya Panteon, Mazunte has a Turtle museum, Ventanilla and Zipotengo offer tours to see alligators, closest big town is Pochutla with a big market, Puerto Escondido 30 minutes by car is famous for surfing. If taxi is necessary , you would have to walk 200 mts. There is a car available for rent or Alejandro can come and pick you up and take you anywhere provided you mention this to him one day prior.
