Company info

I'm Stephen and I'll be your host here at Coco Cabanas and Casitas! My wife Jossy and I live here full time with our 2 tortoises Barney and Vida. Our office manager, Alfredo, is an absolute rock star of an employee and will likely be the one to check you in, as well as help with whatever you might need during your stay with us. Our head housekeeper, Ines, will be making sure your Cabana/Casita is clean and tidy when you arrive, while also providing mid-week cleanings for week-long stays. Her attention to detail is top-notch!

Property info

My former partner and I acquired this property in 1991, mainly because it is at the end of a dead end road, minimizing both traffic noise and foot traffic for the privacy of us and our guests. We acquired the adjacent piece of property in 1997 and built Coco Cabañas, opening our doors in May of 2003. We later began construction of the Casitas, which was completed in June of 2010. Our Cabanas were recently updated in 2019 through 2020. Our Cabañas face a lush courtyard area with a pool, that has plenty of palm trees for shade and areas of sunshine as well. The Casitas face a second inside courtyard area with another pool, also with a good balance of areas of shade and sun. Both pool areas have BBQ’s available for your use.

Neighborhood info

These properties are located very close to downtown and is one of the oldest neighborhoods In Loreto. This is a traditional Mexican neighborhood where you will still find children playing soccer and baseball in the streets, families sitting out on their front porches in the evenings conversing over coffee. The beauty and charm of a small town still exists today.
