Welcome to our condo — a space we created for our own beach getaways, with love to every detail. We equipped our apartment for our own comfort, including rare amenities for Playa del Carmen such as a dishwasher. You’ll be surrounded by a calm, healthy part of town yet close to everything — shops, restaurants, and beaches. The nearest one even offers rare features for the Playa area, like showers and a small but magical snorkeling spot right off the shore. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

In minutes from famous Coco beach and everything is at your fingertips - restaurants lined up one after another – many offering healthy, vegan, and fresh nutrition-focused meals, cafés, bike paths, pharmacies, shops, bike rentals, tours, and beach excursions. The building is bike-friendly with safe parking and space to store bicycles, great for active travelers. Located next to mangroves, the air feels fresher and you can hear birds and tropical nature – a rare wellness bonus.
