The area is very quiet and safe, you do not need a car to move around because the community is full of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, casinos and supermarkets. Everything you need is whit in a walking distance! Moving to foot is the best way to get to places because everything is close to here. Public transportation is accessible at one block from the building. You can walk everywhere. Distance: - 5 min walking distance from the new mall "Puerto Cancún" - 10 min walking distance to the ADO (truck terminal) - 15 - 20 min by car / taxi from the Cancun International Airport - 5 min walking distance from the most visited Plaza "Plaza Las Americas / Malecon" - At the corner of the departments are several fast food restaurants. Just a walking distance! - 10- 5 min walking distance from Chedraui, Comercial Mexicana (supermarkets) and from the famous Mercado 28 (artisanal market) Awesome! - 1 min walking distance from a full- service Laundry store.
