The host is the the son of the artist Leonid Afremov. he is a profesional host with many years of experience . He is very attentive and helps guests with everything they need . He is happy to provide information and help out the guests with everything they need. He preferred to communicate with each guest on a personal level

we are 8 units apartments in a building in one of the most centric locations in Playa Del Carmen , Mexico. the building is called Diamond Building Condo Hotel . We have 2 one bedroom apartments, 2 one bedroom lofts with 2 stories - living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs . We have 2 two bedroom apartments with incredible beach view . 1 two bedroom apartment with view to the 5th avenue, and one super luxury 2 bedroom very large penthouse with the best beach view in the city. We rent long term and short term. The building has 4 stories with roof top (under renovations at the moment) We have elevator guests can borrow beach chairs for free from our office in the second floor The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need - electric stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, frying pens, pots, skillets , microwave , cups, mugs , spoons, forks , knifes , refrigerator and more We provide laundry service for additional cost. We charge 300 pesos for the service of up to 2 big baskets at the same time

Neighborhood info

We are located on 5th avenue between Streets Benito Juarez and 2nd street norte , next to Kalai Shop. you have the ADO bus terminal, McDonalds, Resturants, bars, Cigar Shop , 7-11, Beer store , and cloths stores all on the same block . We are located one block away from the beach and 2 block away from the ferry to Cozumel. The taxi stand is on the same block. Here you are in the center of everything. When you take a ride from the airport - ADO bus is the most easiest way to get to our building. All you have to do is walk less than 100 meters to the left Parking is available with meter or parking place on 10th street between Avenida Benito Juarez and second street, you need to book in advance. The cost is 250 pesos per 24 hours. This lot is closed from 10pm to 8am. Meter parking is free from 10PM to 10AM
