The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Our dedicated housekeeping team at HOLT will be present on the property to clean various areas, including the two patios, the hot tub, the kitchen, the dining area, and the entry. Additionally, if guests specifically request it, our staff can also clean the bedrooms at no extra cost, this service does not include change of sheets or laundry. Our housekeeping staff will not enter the rooms unless guests explicitly ask us to do so. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. In accordance with the platform's payment structure and applicable tax regulations, we can only issue invoices only in the name of the guest who appears on the reservation. The invoice cannot be issued to other third parties or companies.

We also offer breakfast service for free. This buffet-style breakfast is based on seasonal products that include vegan and gluten-free options. The breakfast is served from 10 AM - 12 PM Monday to Sunday. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
