Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This great and modern condo is located exactly on the famous 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen, everything is nearby. The location is perfect, you will be on the main avenue for travelers, where all the magic happens and it is just a couple steps from Coco Beach, Mexico’s top beach, with the newest and best beach clubs. Where you can appreciate breathtaking sunsets.

Neighborhood info

This neighborhood is great because it's so close to everything (where all the action, shopping, fine cuisine, and tours are). You DO NOT need a car, you can walk! The other great thing is that it's a quiet and peacefully residential neighborhood, with a lot of privacy, and it's a part called by the locals “the New 5th Avenue” because It's less tacky, more a mix of tourists, expats, and locals, but still very safe, clean, and walkable! You'll enjoy this paradise when you wake up listening to the jungle birds in the trees from your window, and you'll still be minutes, if not seconds, from the beach, nightclubs, and restaurants on foot.
