Please, note that the security booth at the entrance gate of the residential area may request guest identification at any time. The loss of the garage remote control incurs an additional fee of 150 USD. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Daytime visitors are not allowed. A penalty fee will apply for unauthorized visitors. Please note that all guests listed on the reservation need to provide us with a copy of a valid government ID prior to arrival and will be required to show the same ID on check-in day. For stays of 8 nights or more, there is a 100 USD weekly electricity fee. Guests will need to climb stairs. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. There are weekly and monthly electricity charges. The electricity fee per week is 65 USD and per month is 250 USD. Please note that children below 16 years old are not allowed in this property.
