Studio in DUPLEX house located in Playas de Tijuana. Everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, culture, religion, orientation, etc. Less than 500 meters from the beach, the house is in a good location and has basic services. The main entrance and garage is shared with other Airbnb and hosts. If you are looking for more than just a place to stay on Airbnb, send us your request and any additional questions. We live on the side, independently.

The bnbZebra property started from a Family Concept Business to provide a new perspective of the city and the region of Baja California. Our aim is to provide the original feeling of how the local people remember our region and highlight the quality aspects of what a Mexican lovely service is.

Playas de Tijuana is a calm and nice neighborhood with access to the beach. The neighborhood has all the basic and entertainment services, with a cinema, several supermarkets, several stores, many restaurants, and many coffee shops. Playas de Tijuana is a quiet and beautiful place. There are many houses of different sizes and colors, which makes them unique and beautiful by the beach. It has several accesses to get to the beach. Near the house, at about 500 meters there is a route to go down to the beach with stairs in very good condition. There is also the entire tourist boardwalk, where you can find several places to eat, cafes, and restaurants. In "Playas de Tijuana", there is Walmart, Starbucks, and a plaza with CINEPOLIS (movie theater) and several places to eat or have a beer. On the same street where the house is located, there is a very accessible gas station to refuel, and around the corner is TACOS EL FRANCES, one of the best Mexican tacos to eat in Tijuana (normally open in the afternoon or evening).
