We are located in the heart of the city's Historic Center, internationally renowned for its architecture, culture, vibrant colors, and delicious flavors. Our guesthouse is 300 meters from the Church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán and 600 meters from the Zócalo (main square). Our street is one of the quietest and safest in the area. You'll find markets, museums, restaurants, galleries, and all the city's attractions just steps away. "LA ESTANCIA" is part of Casa EA Oaxaca, which offers fully independent accommodations; the only shared areas are access hallways. This space welcomes you with a beautiful quarry stone wall, a traditional feature of our state, as well as a balcony overlooking the street, offering a privileged view of the mountains of our beautiful Sierra Norte. It includes a kitchenette, bathroom, dining area, desk, wardrobe, and the option of two or three double beds, depending on the needs and preferences of our guests. Although there is no air conditioning, the accommodation is very cool thanks to excellent ventilation, its location, and two ceiling fans. We do not have private parking; however, there are several options nearby. Most of our guests who arrive by car choose to park on the street where we are located, as it is quite safe. "LA ESTANCIA" includes all linens, towels, and amenities such as hair and body wash, a hairdryer, an iron, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a few little surprises we always like to include. Staying at "LA ESTANCIA" guarantees a prime location in a clean and safe environment, with the attention to detail you always look for when traveling.
I am a host with years of experience welcoming guests and I am very proud of my Oaxacan roots. I joyfully share the culture, magic, color, music, and flavors that make my city so appealing. If you wish, I can provide information, recommendations, or any support you might need to make the most of your visit. Quality, service, and cleanliness are the most important characteristics for me in our spaces. With me, you will find not only a host, but also a friend who will strive to make your experience in Oaxaca unforgettable.
