Spacious Condominium in Front of the Ocean. Wake up with the soothing sound of the crashing waves and enjoy the beautiful view and gorgeous sunset in your private balcony. Right in Front of the Ocean. Extremely amazing view! *** A ONE HUNDRED DEPOSIT IS REQUIERED, WHICH WILL BE REIMBURSED ON CHECK-OUT DATE AFTER CLEANING LADY'S REPORT IS RECEIVED. *** 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, Jacuzzis, Heated & Infinity Pools. 24 Hour Security. 4 Pools (2 of them are Heated), 6 Jacuzzis, Basketball, Tennis & Sand Volleyball Court. 3rd Floor Pool (Heated) & Jacuzzi are for adults only. No minors under 18 years old are allowed.

We are located at Km 35 passing Popotla right next to Calafia. Trenta Quattro Restaurant & Popoptla Restaurant are about 500 to 1000 meters from us. 5 Miles Away from Papas & Beer. Close to Puerto Nuevo, Downtown Rosarito, Wineries at Valle de Guadalupe & Ensenada. Please bring snacks, food & drinks, there are no walking distance stores nearby. We have a vending machine for snacks & drinks on the 5.5 floor of the Pkg lot.
