At LOTE4 we want to offer a safe stay to the LGBTQ community, a place where you can be yourself. As owners we are staying in the hotel for certain periods as well. We like to provide a relax stay and love to interact with our guests whenever we are there and guest are always able to reach us via different media in case they need to.

Located in the center of Playa del Carmen we offer a gay-owned, adult-only (18+), openminded and intimate stay with a focus on the LGBTQ-community, a place where you can be who you want to be. With a small amount of studios (3) & one-bedroom apartment , placed in the greenest area of town, LOTE4 is a place to relax when you need it but with the liveliness just around the corner. Just 2 blocks away you find the famous Quinta Avenida with all its restaurants, bars and shops. We want to be as inclusive as we can be, so in case you are a friend of the community and want to stay at LOTE4, no worries, we can proudly say that we are Straight friendly

Neighborhood info

LOTE4 is situated in a quiet "hidden" neighbourhood (Quintas del Carmen) in the center of Playa del Carmen. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the famous 5th avenue, but far enough for a good night sleep. Quintas del Carmen and the bordering neighbourhood, Colonia Hollywood, has some amazing restaurants, often overlooked by the masses. Ask us during your stay for some good recommendations.
