Enjoy the simplicity of this cozy studio, fully equiped with A/C, hot water, fridge, kitchen, high speed internet (Starlink and fiber optic), Smart TV with Netflix account active. Close enough from the main street (2 blocks) and the beach (4 blocks) but far enough to fully rest in a calm residential street.

In addition you will eyewitness the main attraction that causes that Zicatela beach is internationally famous among the best surfers in the world; waves that could achieve 18 ft high.
